Return Process

  Email our team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items.

  Approval & Instructions

  Once reviewed, we will provide a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original transit packaging to prevent further breakage during the return journey.
